A single dining table, a banquette for one wall or a reception desk for one lobby, sized to the room rather than to a catalog.
Request Quote →Repeated seating, displays and fixtures built from one approved prototype so that later units match the first.
Request Quote →Timber, veneer, laminate, upholstery and reeded or fluted fronts, specified around how the piece will be used.
Request Quote →A retailer sells what already exists, and a sales rep passes questions along to someone else. When you commission directly, the people answering your questions are the people who will cut the material, so a problem with a dimension or a finish gets settled before it reaches the shop floor. It also means the size is genuinely open. The piece is drawn for your wall, your ceiling height and your doorway, not rounded to the nearest stock length.
It starts with what you already have: a photo, a sketch, a reference image or a set of architectural drawings. We review the size, use, materials and destination, then reply with a written quote, normally within one business day. Once the scope is agreed, shop drawings are prepared and approved before any material is cut, finishes are confirmed on samples, and the piece goes into production. Standard production and delivery timing is 5 to 8 weeks, depending on scope, materials and finish schedule.
A dining chair in a house might see a few hours of use a day. A banquette in a busy restaurant sees continuous use, cleaning chemicals and people dropping into it hundreds of times a week. The difference shows up in the frame, the foam density, the rub rating of the fabric and how the finish is repaired. Tell us where the piece is going and we will specify for that use, including telling you when a commercial-grade build would be overkill in your home.
Three things drive most of the price of a custom piece. Overall size sets material and handling. Material and finish can move the cost more than the design itself. Access decides whether a piece can be delivered whole or has to be built in sections and joined on site. We ask about those first because a quote without them is a guess. Shipping is quoted separately, based on the product and the destination.
Plan your piece
Whether the project starts as a custom furniture quote, a luxury furniture commission, a commercial millwork package, or an FF&E procurement request, the workflow is structured around dimensions, materials, budget, drawings, and delivery.
Shipping is quoted separately based on the product and delivery location.
