A common planning figure is around 24 to 30 inches of table edge per person, plus clearance behind the chairs for people to pass. From there the room sets the length and the use sets the shape: a long rectangle for presentations, a boat shape so everyone can see each other, a round for small teams. Large tops are made in sections that join invisibly, which also lets them through doors and lifts.
Power and data, planned into the furniture
Modern meeting tables carry power, data and video connections, and the clean result comes from planning them into the table rather than adding them. Grommets or flip-up power units sit where hands reach, cable trays run under the top, and a leg or base carries the cables to the floor box. We work from your AV contractor's equipment list so the openings and routes match the hardware they install.
Executive desks and built-ins
An executive desk is used for years by one person, so it is worth getting right: a modesty panel at the front, storage on the side they write with, a return for a second screen, and cable management that keeps the front clean. Built-in storage and wall units are drawn to the room and can carry the same materials as the desk, so a private office reads as one considered space rather than a set of separate purchases.
Custom tops on height-adjustable frames
Sit-stand desks are now common in offices, and a custom top can be fitted to a commercial height-adjustable frame. The top is made to the size and material you want, matching the rest of the office; the frame provides the motor and the height range. Cable management has to allow for the desk moving, so cables run in a flexible chain or with planned slack rather than being clipped tight under the top.

- Yes. Custom tops can be fitted to commercial height-adjustable frames, with cable management that allows for the movement.
