Most custom pieces are completed in 4–8 weeks depending on complexity, materials, and our current schedule. Rush timelines are available for select projects — contact us to discuss your deadline.
Yes. We ship throughout the continental United States. White-glove delivery options are available for larger pieces. Local clients in New Jersey and New York can also arrange pickup or local delivery.
Absolutely. We work with customer-supplied materials and can also source from our supplier network. Fabric samples, material specs, and swatches can be coordinated through our design consultation process.
Yes. We regularly partner with restaurants, hotels, salons, spas, retail brands, and corporate offices for millwork, seating, reception desks, custom fixtures, and full FF&E packages. Submit a bid request for commercial inquiries.
There is no minimum for residential custom orders. For commercial and FF&E projects, we work on single-unit commissions as well as large production runs.
Yes. All SP Fabrication pieces carry a structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Specific warranty terms depend on the materials and finishes chosen and are confirmed in your order agreement.
